Responsive Support for Family Sleep
I’m Elly Phillips, a certified (OCN Level 6) holistic sleep consultant, based in Winchester, Hampshire. I am committed to helping families with children aged 0-4. With a degree in Early Childhood Studies, years of experience as a nanny, and as a mum of two little ones, I bring both evidence-based knowledge and real-life understanding to every family I support. My approach is holistic, responsive, evidence based and family-centred, always respecting your child’s needs and your family’s values. Together, we’ll move beyond quick fixes toward realistic, sustainable, calmer nights for everyone, helping you to feel confident in understanding your child's sleep.

Holistic Sleep Ethos
My holistic sleep ethos is centred on the understanding that sleep is deeply interconnected with a child’s overall development, emotional wellbeing, and family life. When working with babies and toddlers, I take into account temperament, attachment, routines, environment, and parental capacity, rather than focusing on sleep in isolation. This allows me to offer gentle, responsive support that respects each child’s individual needs and helps families build sustainable, realistic changes at their own pace. I do not use any sleep training methods and I will never ask you to leave your child to cry alone.

Family Testimonials
"As a solo parent of triplets I was falling off a cliff when I got in touch with Elly, she listened and adapted all her knowledge to my personal circumstances with empathy, providing excellent step by step guidance on how to develop and adapt our routine until a few days later the boys slept through for the first time. I could have cried for the right reasons!!! I would highly recommend not waiting, get in touch with Elly, I guarantee she will help you understand the science behind your child’s sleep, and work with you to ensure you get the sleep you need too"

Parent of 13mo triplets
"We reached out to Elly when our baby was about 14 months as she had gone from sleeping through the night most nights to waking up for hours at a time. After we got in touch, Elly asked questions not only about our daughter's sleep history but about all areas of her day and development. I felt like she really understood and was able to give quick, personalised advice from the start. In all our conversations, Elly made me feel very heard and was extremely knowledgeable and reassuring. Little tweaks were made over a couple of weeks and communication was fantastic from start to finish. I am so grateful for Elly's time and patience and would highly recommend for anyone who is going through a similar time"

Parents of 14mo
"As new parents, the world of baby sleep can feel completely overwhelming, but Elly's support has genuinely been a game changer for us. One of the things we value most is Elly's emphasis on following our baby's lead and cues. Around the three-month mark, it became clear that our baby's evening needs were changing, and we felt unsure about how to adapt. Elly supported us with calm reassurance and practical guidance, helping us gently create a lovely bedtime routine that has transformed our evenings.
They're now much more calm and relaxed, for both us and our baby"

Success Stories
Celebrating the sleep transformations of families I’ve worked with. These stories reflect the heart of what I do, helping your family thrive through better sleep.
6mo frequent night wakes
Ever since the 4-month "sleep regression", this family had been experiencing hourly wakes throughout the night, alongside difficulties getting their little one to nap independently.
They were looking for more consistency throughout the day and hoped to gently support their baby towards taking some independent naps in their cot, as well as reducing the frequent overnight wakes.
Within just two weeks of working together, their little one had successfully adjusted to cot naps and was sleeping in 8-hour stretches overnight and sometimes even sleeping through the night! A wonderful transformation for the whole family.
Triplets from hourly wakes to sleeping through
When this mum came to me, she was solo parenting 15-month-old triplets and completely exhausted. She was up every hour. Together, we worked step by step to create realistic, responsive changes that supported not only the boys’ sleep, but the wellbeing of the whole family too.
And the best part? I recently received another message to say they are STILL consistently sleeping through the night. That’s why I’m so passionate about holistic support.
Not quick fixes.
Not unrealistic expectations.
Not rigid routines.
But helping parents understand their child’s sleep, feel confident in their decisions, and create sustainable changes that last long after our support ends.
